WHAT HAVE YOU BUILT?
I translate complex AI systems into simple, functional tools anyone can build.
Kymberly Dakins | Systems Architect
Turning Impossible to Inevitable
I work as a systems architect, strategic analyst, and creative technologist dedicated to transforming complex visions into working reality. Leveraging three decades of experience as a former elite gymnastics coach, I specialize in breaking down large-scale technological challenges into clear, manageable, and repeatable steps—making success inevitable.
On the analysis side, I monitor the technological landscape through two distinct lenses: The Transition Monitor, providing data-driven and numerical analysis of AI's structural shifts; and the Podcast with Poppy, which explores the human and emotional signals underlying the algorithmic frontier. As a builder, I prove my approach through projects like the "30 Apps in 30 Days" challenge (Code with Claude), and by developing bespoke digital solutions for clients as a freelance website builder. My work is a testament to my core belief: that speed, clarity, and highly personalized AI solutions are achievable when you start with a proven system.

MONITORING SIGNALS ON SUBSTACK
The Transition Monitor with Kymberly Dakins delivers a rigorous, data-driven analysis of the accelerating shift into the Age of AI, focusing exclusively on the structural movements and financial flows driving global change. This platform tracks the core metrics—from billion-dollar corporate partnerships and volatile market valuations to infrastructure scale and military procurement numbers—to assess the pace, cost, and strategic direction of the algorithmic frontier. Each report examines the intersection of capital, policy, and technology deployment, identifying the friction points and momentum where exponential ambition meets economic reality, all presented with an analytical voice that prioritizes the data signal over the human impact.

The systems I build demonstrate my skill in designing custom, structured solutions. While my primary focus is teaching, if you have a complex problem that requires a custom, structured AI solution at the intersection of psychology, technology, and storytelling, I am open to discussing potential consultation or collaboration.
