Leveraging three decades of experience as a former elite gymnastics coach, I specialize in breaking down large-scale technological challenges into clear, manageable, and repeatable steps. My Core Deliverables: I focus on providing bespoke digital solutions for clients, with a focus on web development and application architecture. I prove my approach through public projects like the "30 Apps in 30 Days" challenge.

The Analyst & Reporter: I monitor the structural shifts of the modern technological landscape, using my builds to inform my analysis and reporting. I communicate these insights through two distinct lenses:

• The Transition Monitor (Analysis): Providing data-driven, numerical analysis of AI’s structural shifts and market trends.

• Podcast With Poppy (Reporting): Exploring the human, emotional, and ethical signals underlying the algorithmic frontier.

My continuous development process is powered by advanced research into AI frameworks. While I build custom AI models (often using OpenAI) to test concepts, deepen my expertise, and automate complex personal workflows, the majority of this development remains for private, internal use.

These projects demonstrate my skill in designing nuanced, structured AI personas, built to specific specifications at the intersection of psychology, technology, and storytelling.
